2nd Line Support Engineer
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an organisation who are a highly regarded in their field. Joining a small team working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer in excellent supportive surroundings.
The role involves 2nd Line Support of the internal systems, be it installation, repairs, updates or networking issues, and many other activities in between, being one of the go-to people within the organisation.
A passion for IT is a must! As the team is small, you will gain hands-on experience quickly, in multiple areas of IT Support.
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer you will be an expert in:
*Windows Server (2003 – 2016)
*Windows 7 – 10
*Active Directory/Group Policy
* Knowledge of ITIL
A good and broad understanding of the following is also desirable:
*Software Asset Management
