A leading international manufacturer, this company has established itself as a market leader with a diverse product range. They have recently invested in state of the art capital machinery in order to increase their capacity and reflect their strong order books. They are currently looking to recruit a talented Technical Manager to take responsibility for New Product Development and the diversification of the company product range.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities and develop new products
• Consider and evaluate customer needs, manufacturing constraints and scientific developments
• Closely involved with product design, test and technical support
• Consult with sales dept, customers, academics and manufacturing professionals
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Degree or higher in science, chemistry or engineering discipline
• Innovative thinker with ability to turn concepts into products
• Experience in bioassay techniques an advantage
• May come from academic or manufacturing background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
