A global manufacturer of hi-tech components for an array of industries currently has vacancies for experienced Process Engineers. A sustained increase in orders has led to urgent requirements for additional skilled engineers to ensure they can meet the future demands of this pioneering industry. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with a vast knowledge of Statistical Process Control from a highly technical industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
o Process start up and scheduling of MOVPE processes within a wafer fab environment
o FMEA studies
o Process recipe transfer development and optimization through design of experiments
o SPC (CpK control)
o Process troubleshooting through 8D studies.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
o Degree qualified in engineering, chemical, physics or a related discipline
o 5 years (as a minimum) experience in the semiconductor industry
o Strong SPC analysis skills
