A leading manufacturer in South Wales, this company operates from an impressive custom built facility. In recent years they have established themselves as a market leader and their workforce has grown rapidly. They are currently looking to recruit a talented and experienced QA manager to lead their quality function.
Role & Responsibilities:
o Ensure compliance with all safety & quality policies
o Conduct regular audits of production lines and raw materials
o Recommend areas for product improvement
o Ensure compliance to GMP
o Ensure compliance to BRC standards
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
o Experience within a food manufacturing environment
o Experience of achieving BRC accreditation
o Experience of dealing with blue-chip customers
o Excellent management and communication skills
